Bianca from Chantilly,Virginia refuses to let her immune disease stop her from having fun!
After undergoing a bone marrow transplant, the lively seven-year-old had to stay at home in isolation for a few months. When she was finally healthy enough to go play on the playground with her friends, she wished to have a play set in her backyard!
When the installation day finally arrived, Bianca and her younger sister came home to find chocolate cupcakes (Bianca's favorite food), giant balloons and of course her brand new play set waiting for them! They spent the day exploring their new play set, which included a climbing wall, swings, slides, a draw-bridge and a picnic table. The chilly, misty air didn't dampen their enthusiasm in the slightest, and Bianca's smile didn't fade as she excitedly climbed all over her new backyard escape. The day could not have been more perfect, and Bianca will enjoy her wish for years to come!
